This exceptional water-based primer is perfect for mild steel surfaces. Its superior adhesion makes it ideal for properly prepped galvanized sheeting. With the added benefit of anti-corrosive pigments, it effectively prevents rust. Once properly cured, it can easily be top-coated with water-based emulsion paints and decorative enamel paints, although it is not suitable for use with epoxy or automotive enamels. It is highly recommended for lightly "keyed" PVC and plastic piping, and its quick drying formula provides excellent coverage.
